Be physically fit.
Can rake concrete level on structural decks, slab on grade, sidewalks and aprons.
Can use a concrete vibrator to vibrate concrete around rebar.
Work long hours in all weather conditions.
Be able to get to many sites all over Edmonton.
Operate concrete hose.
Boat float/Frezno.
Have appropriate work gear, Rubber boots, Warm clothes, gloves.
