Dessert Holdings is currently seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to become a part of our dynamic team at our London, Ontario facility. This individual willwork in the warehouse, performing shipping, receiving and inventory relatedduties.

Responsibilities & Duties

Staging /set up of packaging materials in respective packaging departments

Picking and storing of raw materials

Preparation of next day's receiving tickets

Receiving of raw materials

Locating products in the warehouse; use of forklift required

Order selection and loading of trailers

Housekeeping of the receiving and shipping areas

Inventory cycle counts

Working with power equipment, hi-reach forklifts and walkies

Adherence to procedures, safety practices and policy

Position Requirements

MUST be able to drive aCrown ReachStandupReach Truck

Must have a valid forklift license

Must be comfortable working in cold temperatures that go up to - 30C

Must be legally eligible to work full-time in Canada.

Scheduling flexibility

Ability to work independently, well organized, effective judgment

Proficient with computer applications and comfortable learning new systems

Focused on detail, accuracy and a strong mathematical aptitude

Cooperative and works well with others, strong communicator.

Shift

B-shift:



Adaptable (4days a week)2:30 PMto 1:00 AM

C-shift: Flexible (5 days a week) 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM

Pay Rate
$25.54per hour(probationary), $28.38per hour (full rate)
