BDO is actively seeking an Intermediate Associate to support the Financial Reporting & Insights team. With over 2 years of public accounting experience, you'll prepare compilation engagements, tax returns (corporate and personal), and information returns. Your expertise will also be leveraged to resolve accounting issues and drive business development initiatives with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare year-end working papers and financial statements
• Review and prepare corporate and personal tax returns
• Build positive client relationships through direct communication




• Identify and resolve accounting and bookkeeping issues
• Mentor junior team members for their professional growth

Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in public accounting
