Toronto Kia is seeking a Service Advisor to join our customer-focused team. You will act as the bridge between customers and technicians, recommending needed service, handling maintenance requests, and guiding the repair order process to ensure correct work is completed.

The role features a 5-day work week from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday, with every second Saturday required, and a focus on delivering friendly, effective service with potential for additional services when appropriate.
