Service Technician

The following certifications would be an asset, (but not mandatory):
- A+ Certification with the ability to work on PC computers
- Current and applicable Apple Certification (ACMT, ACiT), familiarity with Apple Service Metrics (PSP, CSAT,



ACSE) and proven user experience in MacOs Operating Systems
- All applicants regardless of prior experience will be considered.

Employees must be available to work a adaptable schedule, Monday through Sunday, at least 12 to 16 hours per week, day and evening shifts.
