Ensure compliance with company animal welfare, HACCP, and Health & Safety SOPs, policies, and protocols

Maintain and improve farm-specific biosecurity programs

Coordinate and assist with the transfer and hauling of ducks and geese as required

Complete and submit required production, livestock, and staff records and paperwork

Proactively coordinate maintenance needs for barns and equipment

Maintain clean, safe, and orderly farm sites, including barns, driveways, and surrounding areas

Perform winter duties including snow removal, ice melt application, and sidewalk clearing

Develop and implement severe weather plans for cold snaps and extreme heat events

Perform basic inspections, cleaning, washing, and greasing of tractors, skid steers, and farm equipment

Oversee mortality composting processes to minimize odor

Order and schedule bedding, feed, and farm production supplies

Support maintenance or plant operations as required
