The Health Sciences Association of Alberta is seeking Labour Relations Officer I candidates. This role provides critical support to members and fosters early-stage dispute resolution in a full time position.

Join the HSAA team as a Labour Relations Officer I in Edmonton or Calgary. This entry-level position involves responding to member inquiries and assisting with workplace issues while developing your labour relations expertise. Collaborate with fellow Officers and contribute meaningfully to the success of union initiatives and member advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day inquiries from members
• Provide early-stage support for workplace issues
• Conduct investigative interviews and document cases




• Manage grievance files from intake to Level 2
• Represent members at workplace meetings professionally

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Labour Relations or related field
• Experience with unions or healthcare environments preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel
