Our busy property management / real estate company is looking for a temporary maintenance contractor.
Requirements: Valid driver's license
Means of transportation: Preferred form of transportation would be a truck.
Ability to hook up and pull a trailer, as well as back it up to properties when required
MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO COMPLETE BASIC DRYWALL/CARPENTRY, FLOORING, PLUMBING REPAIRS AS WELL AS PAINTING ABILITIES
Basic set of tools to complete tasks
Prolonged periods of standing and walking
Must be able to physically climb a ladder, bend or crawl into awkward spaces
Must be ok with working at limited heights
Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at a time

Basic carpentry skills
Duties: Conduct interior maintenance projects
Conduct exterior maintenance projects
Conducting inspections of premises
Hauling of garbage & other items
Complete tenant service issues
Assisting other maintenance staff with seasonal projects other duties as assigned
Hourly pay range: $20.00 to $25.00/hr dependent on skill and work experience
