Based at the Remington YMCA in Quarry Park, this full-time role requires a Level 1, 2, or 3 Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification. You will collaborate with a team to manage center operations while ensuring the delivery of a protected, flexible, and developmentally appropriate program. Possessing strong communication skills is vital for interacting effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement YMCA Playing to Learn curriculum daily
• Manage center operations with a cooperative team approach
• Support child development and personal care needs




• Ensure health and safety compliance in all activities
• Engage actively in community events and initiatives

Requirements:
• Certification in Early Childhood Education – Level 1, 2, or 3
• Experience in licensed childcare with ages 12 months to 6 years
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Current Standard First Aid with CPR-C certification
• Clear Police Information Check and Vulnerable Sector Search
