• Follow KARDEX to meet patient care needs
• Implement individualized care plans effectively

• Respond to calls and assist with psychosocial needs

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current registration with HSCPOA
• PSW Certification from accredited program
• One year of relevant full time experience preferred
• BCLS certification preferred
