This full-time Event Supervisor role reports to the Offsite Management team and involves managing event preparation and execution. You will work both independently and collaboratively, leading servers and bartenders while ensuring food quality and guest satisfaction. This position is ideal for those passionate about hospitality and eager to grow in event management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate event vision and lead the team effectively
• Support overall event management with the leadership team
• Lead servers and bartenders during events, addressing needs




• Build relationships with guests and management alike
• Ensure adherence to O&B; health and safety standards

Requirements:
• Valid Smart Serve certification required
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in hospitality
• Robust organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to lift 30 lbs as needed
• Availability for flexible hours, including nights and weekends
