YWCA Prince Albert Inc. is seeking an ESP4Y Coordinator to deliver an employment and career preparation program for youth aged 16 to 29 facing barriers to employment.
You will coordinate up to three ESP4Y cohorts, onboarding participants and delivering life skills, career development, workshops, and mentorship while adapting content to individual needs. You will conduct client assessments, develop employment action plans, monitor progress, and connect participants with community resources.
