As a Cook reporting to the Nutrition Manager, your role is crucial in delivering meals and adhering to menu guidelines. You will prepare foods while ensuring compliance with health regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver all meals for residents and staff
• Review menus and production sheets before cooking
• Complete daily temperature audits of food storage
• Prepare therapeutic diets according to established menus
• Participate in planning for special occasion meals

Requirements:
• Food Handler's Certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Experience in large quantity food preparation
• Knowledge of special diets and regulations
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand during shifts
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
