The Clean Harbors facility in Breslau, Ontario is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative .

This is a temporary position covering for a maternity leave. Duration approx. 1.5 years.

The customer Service representative provides exceptional customer service including order procurement, documentation/tracking, customer problem resolution, maintenance of customer profiles, pricing records, and invoicing of shipments, including cross checking of invoice results and adjusting, as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Order placement

Communicating product delivery schedules with customers

Order entry

Order documentation and trackingCustomer issue resolution

Invoicing customers

Develop and maintain customer records

May be assigned additional duties not listed above based on business needs

QUALIFICATIONS





High School or equivalent

1 to 2 years experience

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office,

Robust verbal and written communication skills,

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and problem solve

Detailed oriented,

Team player,

Good organizational skills,
