The IAEA seeks a Consultant to assist the Department of Nuclear Safety and Security. This consultancy involves financial monitoring, expenditure reviews, and reporting—all aimed at improving budget accuracy through the creation of practical dashboards and tracking tools. You will help staff analyze financial data, identify variances, and prepare timely management insights to streamline decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop financial monitoring dashboards and key variance indicators
• Create forecasting and expenditure review tools
• Design periodic financial reporting templates
• Build AI-supported prompt libraries for productive reporting
• Streamline administrative processes for improved accuracy
Requirements:
• University degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Experience in financial data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, ERP knowledge a plus
• Knowledge of results-based management and digital tools
• Excellent command of English; other languages are an asset
