Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise sample preparation and manage daily workflows
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards




• Train and evaluate Sample Preparation staff performance
• Conduct monthly meetings on quality and safety topics
• Liaise with management to address client inquiries

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years management experience in a lab setting
• High school diploma; BSc or diploma preferred
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in quality assurance processes
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work under pressure
