Position Summary Reporting primarily to the Director of Business Development, the Business Development Coordinator supports SkiBig3’s travel trade, partner sales, and group business operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining partner programs, managing sales administration, coordinating group logistics, and ensuring a seamless experience for tour operators, travel partners, and group customers. The role carries ownership of several core business functions, including partner programs, contracts, reporting, and group logistics, and is responsible for managing these areas from setup through execution and seasonal wrap-up. The role also provides reservations support as required, helping deliver exceptional guest experiences from inquiry through arrival. This position is based on a Monday-Friday schedule, with occasional evening and weekend commitments during peak group arrivals, welcome events, and partner activities.
Organizational Relationships SkiBig3 Departments, Banff Sunshine Village, Lake Louise Ski Resort, Mt. Norquay, third-party tour operators, hotels, activity providers, local businesses, group leaders, and travel trade partners.
