Key Responsibilities:
• Build and assemble mechanical components for Switchgear units
• Follow detailed drawings and instructions for assembly
• Repair discrepancies in Switchgear units as identified
• Participate in safety meetings and promote safety culture
• Maintain a clean and organized work workplace

Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• 0-3 years’ manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and use tools
• Basic computer skills considered an asset
• Prior experience with mechanical components is a plus
