Cando is seeking Conductors to provide efficient rail switching services in a team-based environment. Candidates will utilize problem-solving skills while performing essential duties. This job includes operating locomotives, safe car handling, and completing daily logs and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe locomotive operation with clear briefings
• Apply CROR rules and manage rail car operations
• Conduct daily inspections of locomotives
• Complete necessary reports and logs
• Promote safety and excellent customer service

Requirements:
• Solid teamwork and customer service skills
• Physically fit for rigorous outdoor work
• Ability to work day and night shifts
• Grade 12 or GED required
• Previous rail or industrial experience is an asset
