About the Role:
Country Tire in Surrey, BC is looking for a friendly and organized receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy retail tire shop. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email in a qualified and friendly manner

Schedule and manage service appointments for tire installations, repairs, and automotive services

Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls to the appropriate departments

Process customer invoices, payments, and maintain accurate transaction records

Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to communicate vehicle status updates to customers

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and care

Requirements:





Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude

Proficient in basic computer applications and booking/scheduling software

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Experience in an automotive not required

Punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance and conduct

Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently
