Role Responsibilities
Perform a range of aesthetic treatments, including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, laser, and other skincare procedures in accordance with training and clinic protocols.
Conduct thorough skin consultations to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Maintain accurate treatment notes, client records, and follow-up documentation.
Educate clients on post-treatment care, product usage, and ongoing skin maintenance.
Uphold high standards of hygiene, sterilization, and equipment care.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses,
and other team members to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
Assist in promoting skincare products and retail sales to support clinic performance.
Stay updated on current treatments, technologies, and trends in aesthetics.
Support clinic operations by preparing rooms and ensuring treatment areas are clean and stocked.
Contribute to a positive team environment and client-centered culture.
Role Qualifications
Completion of a recognized Aesthetician or Laser Technician program.
Licensed or certified to perform medical-aesthetic procedures in accordance with provincial regulations.
Previous experience in a medical aesthetics or spa environment preferred.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
Knowledge of skincare products, technologies, and treatment safety protocols.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with scheduling and client management systems.
