Shift: Days – Mon–Thu 6:00 AM–3:30 PM | Fri 6:00 AM–10:00 AM
Pay: $18.00–$26.00/hour + Benefits

What You’ll Do Deburr, grind, sand, polish, and finish precision-machined metal parts.
Remove burrs and sharp edges while maintaining quality and surface finish.
Work with aluminum, stainless steel, and other metals.
Use die grinders, rotary tools, pneumatic tools, hand files, and measuring tools.




Read basic blueprints and engineering drawings.
Inspect finished parts and ensure they meet quality standards.
Follow 5S, safety, and Lean Manufacturing procedures.
What We’re Looking For 2–3+ years of experience in Deburring, Metal Finishing, Grinding, or CNC Machine Shop work.
Experience using hand tools, grinders, rotary tools, or pneumatic tools.
Ability to read blueprints or engineering drawings.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Experience with Precision Machining is an asset.
