This temporary position (approx. 18 months) in the OT Clinical Nutrition department requires a firm foundation in nutrition and dietetics. Candidates will perform nutrition screening, document care, and educate patients on dietary needs. This role emphasizes effective communication and teamwork in a dynamic healthcare setting across multiple sites, including Oakville, Milton, and Georgetown.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nutrition screenings and assessments for patients
• Develop tailored meal plans in collaboration with dietitians
• Serve as a liaison among nutrition, food services,



and healthcare teams
• Ensure accurate documentation in Meditech Expanse and Computrition
• Provide nutrition education to patients and families

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Nutrition/Dietetics or relevant diploma
• Minimum 1 year experience in a hospital setting
• Active membership in CSNM if diploma holder
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare software
