Olivier Honda is looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Parts Consultant to join our dealership team. If you enjoy helping customers, have an interest in the automotive industry, and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories.

Support service technicians by sourcing and supplying parts in a timely manner.

Process parts orders, special orders, returns, and warranties accurately.

Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, stocking, and organizing parts.

Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs.

Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries professionally.

Ensure the parts department remains clean, organized,



and customer-ready.

Work collaboratively with the service and sales departments to provide an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

The ability to read, write, and speak both French and English

Previous experience in automotive parts, dealership, or customer service is an asset.

Knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems is preferred.

Experience using dealership management systems or electronic parts catalogues is an asset.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
