At Elmer's, we seek an Evening Laser Operator to enhance our production capabilities. Located near Altona, MB, you'll work Monday through Thursday from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM. This role requires troubleshooting, effective problem-solving, and a strong understanding of laser technology to maintain quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot programming or cutting issues as they arise
• Replace miscut parts to uphold quality standards
• Assist in materials management and waste reduction
• Maintain a clean and protected working environment
• Collaborate with the team lead for smooth production flow

Requirements:
• Knowledge of materials and their properties
• Experience with laser and plasma cutting operations
• Strong technical skills; able to read drawings
• Forklift & Crane License required
• Familiarity with health and safety protocols
