Kingsley Management Inc. is hiring a Live-in Building Manager for the Kitchener/Waterloo area. This full-time role suits someone who stays active and engaged, managing maintenance, tenant relations, and daily operations in office.
You will clean and maintain common areas, prepare suites, show units to prospective tenants, collect rents, and coordinate with contractors. The position includes on-call duties and physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
