WCG is seeking an empathetic Employment Consultant to assist clients in finding and maintaining employment. Ideal candidates will have experience in case management, client coaching, and a solid understanding of job search techniques. Your support will drive clients toward achieving self-sufficiency while meeting contract deliverables and program goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client eligibility and employment capabilities
• Manage 80-100 client cases in the primary information system
• Meet set WorkBC program goals and targets




• Maintain solid partnerships with employers and community agencies
• Organize community events to connect clients with job opportunities

Requirements:
• Post-secondary certificate in a relevant field
• Proven case management experience
• Skills in coaching individuals with complex barriers
• Strong local labor market knowledge
• Proficient in digital tools and Microsoft Office Suite
