DENTAL ASSISTANT JOB OVERVIEW: Assisting dentist during dental procedures that features handing instruments and other materials
Assisting dentist with crowns/bridges, surgical and implant procedures, digital x-rays- Cerec and Primescan technologies
Preparing patients, sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays and preparing materials
Using suction and swabs to keep patients' mouths clear and dry during procedures
Applying topical anesthetic to patients' mouths




Questioning patients about their medical history and recording the information for dentist's reference
Making patients of all ages feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Dental Assistant Level I or II
Open to Grad
MUST be able to work in a quick-paced environment
MUST be highly organized and a quick learner
HOURS: Tuesdays 9-5
Thursdays 11-7
Fridays 8-4
Saturdays 8-2
COMPENSATION: $24-$30 depending on experience
