Ledcor Highways Ltd. is hiring for road maintenance across Northern BC, including Alaska highway work. The role involves winter and seasonal maintenance using heavy equipment and may require on-call/night shifts. Local candidates preferred with safety-focused culture and strong teamwork.
The wage range is $30.76–$37.72 CAD per hour, with advantages, RSPs, training, and opportunities for advancement within Ledcor. Camp housing may be provided in remote locations, and travel allowances may apply.
