This is an immediate opportunity for a hands-on consulting skilled who can lead project workstreams, implement meaningful change and work directly with client leaders to improve business performance. You will collaborate with Managers, Results and Transformation throughout the project lifecycle while taking significant ownership for project strategy, implementation, client relationships and results. About the Role As a Senior Consultant, Results and Transformation, you will take significant ownership for project execution, client relationships and the delivery of measurable business results. You will collaborate with Managers, Results and Transformation throughout the project lifecycle to develop project strategies, leadership approaches and implementation plans. Working with client management teams, you will lead key workstreams,



analyze performance, design practical solutions and coach increasingly senior client leaders through implementation. You will be expected to work with minimal oversight, manage competing priorities and ensure sustainable changes are delivering the intended results. Depending on the size and complexity of the engagement, Senior Consultants may also take on aspects of the Manager, Results and Transformation role. Travel Requirement This is a client-facing management consulting role that requires frequent, ongoing travel. Senior Consultants should expect to travel most weeks, typically Sunday or Monday through Thursday or Friday, up to 100%, depending on project needs. Candidates must be fully comfortable with regular time away from home as a core requirement of the position.
