This position will assist with any material handling and crating duties required. This position will ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency. Flexibility of shift is an important requirement for this position.Job DutiesAssist mill operators with production; Safely assemble skids and crates for our product; Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials throughout the plant manually, with a forklift, or with an overhead crane; Assist with the loading of trucks; Perform quality audits of the condition of goods for outgoing orders; Safely operatelifting devices such as Counterbalance Forklifts, Combi-lifts, and Overhead cranes; Adhere to established safe working procedures and wear the proper safety equipment at all times; Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency; Maintain a clean working area free from dirt and debris between tasks and at end of day; Other duties as assigned.IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?Experience with driving counterbalance forkliftAbility to work individually as well as part of a teamAbility to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible mannerAbility to effectively communicate both verbally and in writingAbility to lift heavy objects, walk,
