Reporting to the VP, Delivery, you’ll own recruiter performance, talent delivery, and operational excellence. You’ll partner closely with Sales and internal teams to build scalable recruiting models, deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences, and ensure the right talent is in the right place at the right time. What You’ll Do Drive Profitable, Sustainable Growth Lead recruiting operations to improve year-over-year gross margin and EBITDA contribution Optimize recruiter productivity, performance,



and placement results Coach recruiters across the full recruitment lifecycle, including job intake, sourcing strategy, consultant management, and placement Ensure consistent, high-quality candidate delivery aligned to client needs Maintain strong candidate pipelines to support high-volume and high-demand roles Balance recruiting capacity and resource allocation across geographies, clients, and delivery models Partner with Sales and GROW teams to proactively support future talent needs Talent Subject Matter Expertise Act as a trusted recruiting expert, advising on sourcing strategies and market insights Build and maintain high-value candidate networks through events, associations, and community involvement Partner with Marketing to strengthen employer brand presence within the candidate market Research and recommend recruiting tools and technologies to improve efficiency and results Operational Excellence Manage functional costs and contribute to annual budget objectives Operate within established company processes and manage team performance against defined KPIs Track, analyze, and report recruiting performance against targets Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and quality Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures,



and audit requirements Address candidate issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction Leadership & Team Development Hire, lead, coach, develop, and performance-manage recruiters Hold team members accountable to KPIs, financial targets, and operational objectives Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement Support recruiter engagement, retention, and career development through regular one-on-one coaching What We’re Looking For College diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2 years of experience leading and growing a recruiting team Proven experience meeting quotas and managing performance Staffing industry experience is required Exposure to budgeting or P&L management is an asset Post-secondary education is an asset Salary: $110,000 - 120,000 (negotiable based on experience) AI may be used in evaluating candidates About S.I.
