ensuring planning quality and adherence to maintenance standards and best practicesSupport effective work management processes, including planning readiness, scheduling alignment, and execution qualityProvide leadership in prioritizing work, including emergent (break-in) work, ensuring alignment with operational risk and production impactCollaborate closely with Operations, Planning, Scheduling, Supply Chain, and Environmental teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution readinessAct as a central coordination point between maintenance areas and site departmentsMonitor maintenance performance and trends; use data and frontline feedback to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutionsLead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, and workflow efficiencyIdentify recurring equipment issues and support root cause investigations and corrective actionsProvide recommendations for major equipment outages, servicing, and long‐term equipment performanceMentor and coach supervisors; support development planning, capability building, and succession readinessFoster a high‐performing, engaged team environment built on accountability, trust, and collaborationEnsure compliance with site procedures, standards, and regulatory requirementsRequirementsDegree or diploma in a relevant technical field, combined with a valid trade certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 5 years of supervisory experience,
preferably in a mobile equipment maintenance environmentDemonstrated leadership capability with a strong focus on people development and team performanceStrong understanding of maintenance execution, planning, and scheduling practicesProven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced, operational environmentExperience working cross‐functionally with operations and support teamsSolid analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision‐makingProficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with maintenance systems is an assetValid Class 5 Driver's License or equivalentSalary range : 123,000 - 152,000 CAD/ yearThe actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.To all applicants, your interest and effort are sincerely appreciated.
