Make an impact with our Property Tax Services team as an Administrative Assistant. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients. Responsibilities
Accurate input of client engagement details into MNP’s database based on information provided by team members
Updating current clients’ annual assessment data with corresponding workflow assignments in MNP’s database
Process client source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
Resolve deficiencies by using prescribed procedures and/or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
Verify data input into MNP’s client database by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data
Ensure appropriate turnaround time on all requested data entry
Monitor and update MNP’s database as required
Retrieve data from Municipal property assessment websites for team members upon request
Uphold electronic filing systems
Skills and Experience
Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset
At least 2 years of data entry experience in a professional working environment
Sharp eye for detail to ensure data is entered accurately
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage large volumes of information while performing multiple tasks simultaneously
The ability to work with minimal supervision within a team environment
Takes initiative and has a strong interest to learn
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
