American Iron & Metal is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator who thrives in agile environments. You will primarily operate cranes, but also engage with loaders, Bobcats, and forklifts as needed. Your work will contribute to smooth yard operations and the sustainable management of materials.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment, focusing on cranes and loaders
• Sort and identify metals using tests and magnets
• Receive, unload, and organize metals effectively
• Inspect the quality of handled and received materials
• Load ferrous materials destined for customers

Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of heavy equipment operation experience
• Hold a DEP in heavy equipment operation or similar training
• Experience in scrap yards or recycling is a strong asset
• Comfortable with outdoor work in various weather
• Prioritize health and safety diligently
