Strive Living Society seeks a flexible Program Facilitator for part-time, on-call shifts. This role promotes social integration and well-being among clients within the Club House setting. Ideal candidates will have experience delivering recreation programs and will have a diploma or degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate engaging recreation programs for diverse abilities
• Provide personalized support to clients in group and individual settings
• Document client progress accurately and regularly




• Assist with personal care and attend necessary meetings
• Encourage participation in social and leisure activities

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or Community Support
• Experience with Acquired Brain Injury individuals
• Proven interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt programs and teach life skills
• Clear communication and rapport-building abilities
