Brightwork is recruiting on behalf of a family-run farming business located just outside Forres. Our client is seeking an experienced FLT Driver to support daily farming operations in a varied and hands-on role.

This is a temporary position until Christmas, although there is the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.

The role offers £14.00 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half after 42.5 hours worked per week.

Your Time at Work
As an FLT Driver, you will be responsible for operating a forklift truck across the site, moving boxes, pallets, and other large items to support farming activities.

This is a varied role, and as part of a small team, you'll also be expected to assist with other farm duties when required. A positive approach, robust teamwork skills, and a commitment to health and safety are essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operating a forklift truck safely and efficiently around the site

Moving and storing boxes, pallets,



and other farm materials

Following all health and safety procedures

Supporting wider farming activities when required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A valid FLT licence and previous forklift driving experience

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

The ability to work effectively as part of a team

A willingness to undertake a variety of farming tasks

The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
