Mr. & Mrs. Burtney is looking for a home child caregiver to take care of their 3 children. Details are as follows:

Job details: Location – Uxbridge, ON L9P 1R2

Salary: 20.00 hourly / 40 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent employmentFull time; Day

Starts as soon as possible

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Follow parents’ lead with toilet training.

2. Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents.

3. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.

4. Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.

5. Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens.

6.



Bathe, dress and feed children.

7. Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents.

8. Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.

9. Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children.

10. Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.

11. Prepare and serve nutritious meals.

12. Prepare infants and children for rest periods..

13. Supervise and care for children.

14. Take children to and from school and to appointments.

15. Tend to emotional well-being of children.

16. Help children with homework.

Credentials: First Aid Certificate
