Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Workforce Driver to provide protected, reliable transportation for workers in the Líl̓wat Construction Enterprises project.
You will act as a stable, approachable point of contact at the start and end of each shift, promoting workplace expectations and connecting workers with supports. The role requires calm under pressure, experience in outdoor construction environments, and a valid Class 5 driver's licence (Class 4 an asset; willingness to obtain).
