A wellness dental practice in Richmond Hill seeking a part-time Dental Receptionist that has leadership skills.
POSITION Experienced Dental Receptionist (2 years experience)
SOFTWARE Oryx, switching to Akitu one
LOCATION Yonge & Major Mackenzie Dr. W
HOURS Thurs, Fri, 2 or 3 Sundays a month, Wed (possible)- 9/10-5/6
COMPENSATION $24-$30 per hour depending on experience and performance
JOB OVERVIEW Greet patients in a warm and welcoming manner
Strong skills in booking/scheduling appointments- will be trained with holistic treatments
Looking for a Leader that is good at problem solving
Discussing wellness based treatment plans, collecting payments and must be organized
Accurately maintain charts and patient records
Open to learning new things and interested in wellness setting
OTHER REQUIREMENTS Energetic, energetic, and professional personality is key
Highly organized quick learner with analytical thinking that allows for effective team work
Must have excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
Be assertive, a leader, critical thinker, problem solver.
Must be able to multi-task, be self-motivated and be able to work independently
