At BDO, you will play a vital role in our Personal Debt Solutions team, providing valuable support through tasks such as reviewing consumer proposals and liaising with creditors. Your contributions will help foster a people-first culture while enhancing your skills through training and collaboration. You will assist in chairing creditor meetings and address inquiries related to consumer proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review consumer proposals for creditor acceptance
• Negotiate with debtors and creditors on amendments




• Chair creditor meetings and record minutes
• Respond promptly to debtors’ inquiries
• Liaise with colleagues for efficient proposal administration

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education preferred
• 1+ years in financial services or insolvency
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
