Wilder Institute’s Calgary Zoo is seeking a part time Catering Coordinator to support Banquet Captains, manage schedules, and mentor staff. You will ensure BEO adherence, coordinate staff, and step in as Banquet Captain during peak times, ensuring flawless service across venues.
This hands-on role requires strong leadership, ProServe certification, and the ability to manage multiple venues with a calm, solution-focused mindset. Flexible schedule and outdoor zoo setting included.
