Job Title : Counterbalance Forklift Operator - Cross Dock
Location : Concord, ON
Shift/Hours : Monday to Friday
Straight Shifts : 1 am - 930 am OR 430 pm - 1 am
Pay Rate : $21.53/hr. (overtime available)
We are currently seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators for our client, a well-established leader in the transportation and warehousing industry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a quick-paced, safety-focused operation where you'll play a key role in the efficient movement of freight and day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a steady cross-dock environment, is committed to workplace safety, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy, productivity, and teamwork.
Job Duties: Safety operates Counterbalance at a steady pace
Load, offload trailers and place skids in the proper area of the warehouse
Cube pallets (measuring, calculating,



or utilizing the 3-dimensional volume (Length × Width × Height))
Assist within the warehouse as required
Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year counterbalance experience
Cross dock experience is preferred
Basic knowledge of WMS
Use of RF Scanner
Willing and able to pass a criminal background check
Must have reliable transportation as the company due to shift timing
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
