In this role with The Link, you will assist the Transition Services Supervisor in managing daily operations and program development. Key Responsibilities:
• Cover absences of the Transition Services Supervisor
• Assist in hiring and training Youth Care Practitioners




• Complete administrative duties assigned by the Supervisor
• Coordinate information distribution and scheduling
• Mentor staff and promote professional development

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or related experience
• Knowledge of the Child and Family Services system
• Experience with vulnerable youth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in Emergency First Aid and CPR Level C
