Enhance the integration experience for immigrants and their families as an Immigrant Support Worker. This role focuses on case management, needs assessment, and community resource navigation.

We are seeking a dynamic professional with a diploma in Human or Social Services and a minimum of two years’ recent experience in Immigrant Services. The ideal candidate must demonstrate solid problem-solving skills, effective communication, and possess a valid Driver’s License. This role is vital for ensuring clients can navigate social, legal, and economic systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers for program delivery
• Conduct in-depth client intake and needs assessments
• Manage cases and create actionable plans with clients




• Guide clients through challenges in settlement and integration
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress

Requirements:
• Diploma in Human/Social Services or related field
• Minimum two years of experience in Immigrant Services
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Knowledge of immigrant settlement processes

Support immigrants in their journey by facilitating access to services and community engagement.
