Scn-Industrial is seeking a Customer Service Representative to develop and maintain solid business relationships with our valued customers. The CSR will process quotes and orders, provide technical information, and upsell promotions while collaborating with outside sales managers to drive sales across Canada.
Qualifications include 2 years in customer service, a post-secondary diploma, solid interpersonal skills, and bilingual fluency in French and English.
