We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support various HR functions in a shared-services context. This role involves engaging with employees, contributing to HR communications, and executing key HR projects. You will also assist in the onboarding processes and support employee relations and training initiatives to bolster workforce effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain compliance of position descriptions
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
• Support Talent Acquisition with candidate sourcing
• Oversee HR inquiry responses for team members
• Administer group benefits and recognition programs

Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a co-op program
• Must commute to the London office as needed
• Availability to work from September to December
• Strong customer service focus
• Understanding of HR administrative processes
