Maple Leaf Foods Inc. at the Heritage plant is seeking an Employee Services Coordinator on a 12-month contract to support hourly employees, uphold company policies, and manage employee relations in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
The role requires 1–2 years HR/Health & Safety experience, post-secondary education in HR or Health & Safety, and strong communication. You’ll handle SAP/Kronos, onboarding, benefits, and HR inquiries with accuracy.
