Viral Nation is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. This position focuses on accounts payable, receivable support, and financial reconciliations in a creative work environment.

As a Junior Accountant at Viral Nation, you will support daily accounting operations while ensuring accuracy in high transaction volumes. You will assist with posting daily bank receipts, vendor invoices, and maintain vendor records. Be prepared to collaborate with a dynamic finance team to meet our high standards and deliver timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
• Post daily bank receipts accurately in the accounting system
• Provide support for accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies
• Process vendor invoices with proper coding




• Create and manage vendor records in accounting systems
• Prepare monthly reconciliations for various accounts

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; ERP software experience is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams
• Prior internship or co-op experience is a plus
