Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity, security site assessments, and IT security initiatives.The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate security-focused projects, working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, proper governance, and effective risk management.This role requires hands-on experience managing security assessments, cybersecurity infrastructure projects, and regulated environment initiatives, with a solid focus on documentation, reporting,



and stakeholder communication.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage security site assessments and cybersecurity-related initiatives from planning through completionCoordinate cybersecurity deliverables across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partnersOversee assessment activities, including:Scope definitionScheduling and executionDocumentation and reportingEnsure effective governance, risk tracking, and issue management for all security initiativesMaintain project schedules, dependencies, and milestones to ensure on-time deliveryTrack risks, issues, and mitigation plans; escalate as neededPrepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updatesEnsure alignment with organizational security standards, policies, and compliance requirementsSupport initiatives in regulated or public sector environments, as applicableRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Business, or a related fieldproject management experience (PM level)Senior Project Manager level experienceProven experience managing:Cybersecurity or IT security projectsSecurity or infrastructure assessmentsStrong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) conceptsExperience coordinating between technical and non-technical stakeholdersExcellent communication, documentation, and reporting skillsTekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
